Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of music on negative emotions replantation rehabilitation patients, and analyzed for reference. Methods Selected October 2011 - 2014 October our hospital replantation rehabilitation patients with a total 72 cases, as the research object. And its randomly divided into two groups of 36 patients each. One group was the experimental group, the group treated with the music the way clinical nursing care; the other was the control group, the group of patients for clinical nursing care using conventional methods. Group 2 after a month in nursing intervention, the use of self-rating depression table (SDS) and anxiety self-assessment form (SAS) to assess depression, anxiety condition two groups of patients, and compared. Results Comparison of depression, anxiety condition two groups of patients, can be drawn: the experimental group were depression, anxiety incidence rate was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Music in the nursing care of the way replantation rehabilitation patients have a positive value, which can effectively reduce the patient’s depression, anxiety incidence and improve the quality of life of patients, should be promoted in clinical care.关键词
