冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床心电图表现分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ECG in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From February 2013 to December 2014,selected 200 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital for treatment as the observation group,choose 200 cases of healthy subjects at the same period in our hospital as normal control group,the two groups were carried ultrasound and ECG testing. Results The left ventricular end-systolic diameter end diastolic diameter in the observation group were significantly higher(P < 0.05).The limb leads in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the voltage amplitude,but was widened QRS interval,QTc interval were significantly longer(P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients with coronary heart accompanied by more clinical indicators of abnormal ultrasound and electrocardiogram,to actively carry out diagnostic analysis to determine the condition and help guide therapeutic interventions.关键词
