Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of contrast medium concentration on DynaCT image quality. Methods Group 1: Fill the tubes(d=3mm) with different concentrations of contrast mediums, then photograph with DynaCT. Evaluate the interfere degree of different concentration of contrast mediums to the image quality. Group 2:Choose different diameter of the plastic pipe, respectively. Filled the concentration of 200mg/mL, 100mg/mL contrast medium in the tube, and divided into two groups to evaluate the interfere degree of different inner diameter. Results (1)The greater contrast medium concentration is, the more serious interference is. When the contrast medium is at a concentration of 100mg/mL, the interference disappeared. (2)When the contrast medium concentration is certain, the larger the diameter is, the more severe the interference is. Conclusion In the DynaCT photography, different concentration of contrast medium should be selected based on the size of the target vessel diameter in order to reduce the effect of the contrast medium on image quality. When most of the target vessels are less than 3mm, the contrast medium concentration should better be less than 100mg/mL.关键词
