双排螺旋CT联合X线平片检查诊断腰椎间盘突出症的效果评价
Effect evaluation of dual-slice spiral CT combined with X-ray examination in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of dual-slice spiral CT combined with X-ray examination in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 45 patients of lumbar disc herniation from 2012 September to 2013 December in our hospital were collected, all patients were performed X-ray and dual-slice spiral CT scan. Results CT scan found that there were 7 cases with lumbar disc herniation occur in the L3-4, 21 cases in the L4-5, 14 cases in the L5-S1. The diagnosis coincidence rate of CT diagnosis of central type, lateral type, foraminal, extreme lateral type and surgical was 95.45%, 92.31%, 80.00%, 80.00%. The accuracy rate of X-ray and CT combined examination was 100.00%, significantly higher than 93.33% of CT examination and 40.00% of X-ray films, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dual-slice spiral CT combined with X-ray examination may improve the early diagnosis and qualitative diagnosis level of lumbar disc herniation.关键词
