Problem and coping strategy of training on community doctors

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the problem and to study the coping strategy of training work on community doctors. Methods To implement the training work on community doctors according to the past relevant experience at 2012,then at the beginning of 2013,to organize community doctors to collectively discuss the problems which appeared on the training work of community doctors,to propose the targeted solutions combined the perusing of related data and personal actual situation,in order to apply the discussion results to the training work of community doctors. Results The compare results of total number of community people between 2012 and 2013 was no statistical significance (P > 0.05).The proportion of the latest discovery patients with common chronic diseases of community in 2013(0.54%)was obviously lowere than which in 2012(3.58%),the differences was statically significant(P < 0.05). The training satisfaction of community doctors and the mastered condition on training knowledge of community doctors in 2013 were obviously better than which in 2012, the differences was statically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion To formulate befitting training content combined with the own characteristics of community doctors,who have partook the training,to improve the training effect of community doctors,to maintain better the doctor-patient relationship,to ensure patients' curative effect and prognosis.关键词
