摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between high sensitivity C reactive protein and diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 75 diabetic patients were randomly selected in 2013 May to 2014 year in May in our hospital for treatment of patients,patients will be according to the different stages of diabetic nephropathy standards are divided intosimple diabetes group(45 cases)and diabetic renal damage group(30 cases).Select the year examination of the patients without diabetes and 50 patients as control group.The three groups of patients with hs-CRP,compared FPG,TG,urinary albumin,hs-CRP,HbA1c,Cr level.Were all observed. Results Between the groups,with diabetic renal damage increased,FPG,TG,MALB,hs-CRP,HbA1c,Cr levels gradually increased,a significant difference compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Diabetic nephropathy in patients with hs-CRP and TG,FPG,HbA1C,Cr and MALB were positively correlated . Conclusion Serum high sensitivity C reactive protein and type 2 diabetic patients with renal damage degree of consistency.关键词
