内镜下氩气凝固术与高频电刀联合治疗胃肠息肉的临床研究
Clinical study of endoscopic argon plasma coagulation and the high frequency electricity knife combined treatment of gastrointestinal polyps
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of argon coagulation combined with high frequency electric knife for the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps under endoscopy, in order to provide a safe,effective therapy for gastrointestinal polyp. Methods In 60 cases of gastrointestinal polyps patients in our hospital were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given high frequency electric knife treatment, and the experimental group on the basis of using argon coagulation treatment, the two groups of patients, the cure rate and the rate of postoperative complications after surgery in 3 to 6 months follow-up recurrence rate with comparative analysis. Results After the treatment of the experimental group, the cure rate was 96.67% , significantly higher than the control group of 70.00% , the differences between groups has statistically significance (P < 0.05); There are 3-6 months follow-up, no recurrence case in experimental group, while the control group of 7 cases of patients with recurrence, the recurrence rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the experiment group had no postoperative complications, 11 cases in the control group (36.67% ) was significantly lower than that of patients with complications, there were statistically significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Gastrointestinal polyp using argon coagulation and the high frequency electricity knife combined witn endoscopic operation have good treatment effect, high cure rate, fewer complications and the recurrence rate is low. It can be considered as a relatively safe and effective therapy for clinical research, and it can be used for promotion of clinical research.关键词
