Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin in colorectal cancer and its clinicalsignificance. Methods 96 cases of colorectal cancer patients in our hospital admissions were randomly selected in March 2010 to June 2013 as the research object, E-cadherin proteins were detected in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues. Results E-cadhefin expression between tumors of epithelial tissue in nature, no expression was 8.3%, and its expression patterns change significantly, the loss of expression of tumor size in patients with cancer, location-independent (P > 0.05), differentiation and Dukes stage and tumor tissue The extent. Conclusion Loss of membrane expression of E-cadherin and cancer patients, tumor size, tumor location occurred with Dukes stage and degree of differentiation of tumor tissue can be used as a basis for adjuvant therapy.关键词
