Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic operation in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods 60 patients with colorectal cancer from 2010 January to 2014 January in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The observation group were treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic operation treatment, the control group were treated by traditional open operation treatment. The postoperative anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, wound infection, complications, survival time and quality of life of patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of wound infection and complications were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The mean survival time of patients in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group, and the improvement rate of quality of life was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic operation in the treatment of colorectal cancer has significant effect, can prolong postoperative survival time of patients, improve quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
