摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of pedicle screws fixation combined with transpedicular intracorporeal grafting surgery in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods 62 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were selected in hospital from December 2011 to December 2013,who were randomly divided into four groups.31 patients treated traditional open pedicle screws fixation combined with transpedicular intracorporeal grafting surgery as control group.31 patients treated percutaneous pedicle screw fixation combined with transpedicular intracorporeal grafting surgery as observation group. Treatment effect was compared between two groups. Results After treatment,vertebral body height and vertebral posterior height increased significantly in two groups while Cobb angle and pain score decreased significantly. Vertebral body height and vertebral posterior height in observation group were significantly higher than control group,while Cobb angle;pain score;complication rate were significantly lower than control group,while operation time and X-ray exposure time were significantly longer than control group, while intraoperative bleeding and postoperative wound drainage were significantly less than control group. Difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Pedicle screws fixation combined with transpedicular intracorporeal grafting surgery is effective method in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Effect of percutaneous operation is better than traditional open operation.关键词
