Subjective evaluation of the efficacy of Vector in periodontal therapy for the treatment of chronic periodontitis

Abstract
Objective To explore subjective evaluation of the efficacy of Vector in periodontal therapy for the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods 75 cases of patients withchronic periodontitis from 2013 May to 2014 March in our hospital were collected and were randomly divided all patients into observation group(38 cases)and control group(37 cases).Observation of the treatment is completed with 24h after treatment VAS score,3 months of PLI and PD and the treatment of tooth time index before and after surgery.were all observed. Results The VAS score in observation group were treated with 24h after treatment the scores were significantly lower than those in control group(P < 0.05).The patients in the two groups after the treatment index and 3 months of PLI treatment,PD before comparison,all decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 3 months of treatment in the observation group the PLI score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).But 3 months after the surgery,the PDdifference between the two groups of patients was small(P > 0.05).Comparison of two groups of patients for treatment of a tooth of time, the observation group time was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Vector periodontal therapy for the treatment of chronic periodontitiscurative effect,can relieve the pain degree.关键词
