摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of using combination therapy of renal injection to treat glomerular nephritis complicate acute interstitial nephritis.Methods Selected 110 cases of patients with glomerular nephritis complicated acute interstitial nephritis from January 2011 to January 2014,randomly divided them into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group,control group used penicillin combined drug therapy,observation group used renal injection for treatmentin on the basis of the control group,compare the curative effect and change of renal function of two groups.Results The effective rate was 85.45% in observation group, control group was 67.27%, the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).24 hours urinary protein quantitative,1 hour urinary excretion rate of red blood cells,BUN,SCr had no significant difference between two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment they were obviously improved compared with before treatment,but the extent of improving was more obvious in the observation group,the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of renal injection to treat glomerular nephritis complicating acute interstitial nephritis can obviously improve the clinical curative effect,improve the patient's kidney function,worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
