Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy, safety and rate of Hp eradication of Jinghuaweikang Capsules in adjuvant treatment of old people with Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection chronic gastritis.Methods60 cases of elderly patients with Hp infection chronic gastritis from January 2013 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group received Jinghuaweikang Capsules. Compared the efficacy and Hp eradication rate in two groups.Results The analysis supported that the efficacy in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the Hp eradication rate in treatment group (93.3%) was significantly higher than that in control group (63.3%).There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with Jinghua Weikang Capsule for old inpatients with Helicobacter pylori infection chronic gastritis,can increase clinical efficacy, and improves the Hp eradication rate. It is worthy of application in clinical treatment.关键词
