Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods Selected 80 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group(budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation therapy) and control group (salbutamol treatment), 40 patients in each group,changes of FEV1 and FVC and cough, chest tightness, shortness of breath group disappearance time and wheeze disappeared time were compared, and valuated the curative effect.Results After treatment,the FEV1 and FVC improved significantly than before treatment and control group(P<0.05).The cough, chest tightness, shortness of breath, lost time and wheeze disappeared time of observation group was significantly faster than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 75.00% the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Inhaled budesonide combined with salbutamol in treatment acute attack of bronchial asthma curative effect is good and safe.关键词
