集束化护理在腹泻患者中的应用效果
Application effect of bundled nursing in the treatment of patients with diarrhea

Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of applying bundled nursing in the treatment of patients with diarrhea to prevent and treat perianal dermatitis. Methods88 patients with diarrhea who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly allocated to research group and control group with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional perianal nursing,and the research group was interfered with bundled nursing.The probability of getting perianal dermatitis and healing time of dermatitis of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The rate of getting perianal dermatitis of research group was 6.82%,and the average healing time was(2.15±0.45) days.The rate of getting perianal dermatitis of control group was 18.19%,and the average healing time was(4.48±2.46)days. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of bundled nursing has an ideal effect in the treatment of patients with diarrhea to prevent and treat perianal dermatitis,which can reduce the risk of getting perianal dermatitis for patients with diarrhea and shorten healing time of dermatitis.It has a significant meaning in improving patients' life quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
