Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of combined round of doctors and nurses on improving nursing satisfaction.Methods38 nurses from department of neurology from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the observation group and 37 nurses from department of gastroenterology during the same period were selected as the control group. The control group were received the model of separated round of doctors and nurses while the observation group were received the model of combined round of doctors and nurses. Patients' nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared.Results The total improvement rate of the degree of nurses' professional level in the observation group was 92.11% which was significantly higher than that in the control group 78.38% and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 94.74% which was significantly higher than that in the control group 75.68%. and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The degree of doctors' satisfaction with disease observation, prompt treatment, working initiative, basic nursing quality, examination implementation, ward management, cooperation with doctors of nurses in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Duty nurses' diagnosis and basis, implementation of nursing measures, treatment purpose and effect, effective diet guidance, psychological intervention, social function evaluation of patients in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined round of doctors and nurses can obviously improve the degree of nurses' professional level and nursing satisfaction which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
