Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of comfortable nursing in patient with primary angle-closure glaucoma trabeculectomy.Methods 78 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma trabeculectomy from October 2012 to October 2014 were randomly divided into comfortable nursing group 39 cases and usual nursing group 39 cases. The preoperative anxiety, depression state and intraocular pressure control situation were compared in all patients of each group. ResultsThe preoperative SAS scores and SDS scores in comfortable nursing group were obviously lower than usual nursing group (P<0.01). The intraocular pressure control rate in comfortable nursing group was obviously higher than usual nursing group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe comfortable nursing can reduce the negative emotions of patient with primary angle-closure glaucoma trabeculectomy, be helpful to control intraocular pressure, and play a positive role in the treatment and rehabilitation of glaucoma.关键词
