Abstract
Objective To explore the prostatitis complicated with urinary tract infection in patients with bacterial inspection and antibacterial countermeasures.Methods87 cases patients of eligible prostatitis complicated with urinary tract infection were selected as the research object in our hospital from the January 2014 to January 2015, to all patients urine samples were cultured bacteria inspection, different bacteria due to nature according to the patient's test results for bacterial positive group and negative group according to the nature of the bacteria, and different types of bacteria were treatment by stage. To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared and the stage of treatment time of the. Results Through the urine sample bacteria examination found 87 cases of urine samples, 32 cases of pathogenic properties were positive, accounting for 36.78%; the remaining 55 cases urine samples of pathogenic properties showed negative, the proportion is 63.22%. After treatment, the bacteria positive group, the total efficiency is 93.75%, and the bacteria negative group the total effective rate was 94.55%, no significant difference was found between the two groups of patients with clinical effects, was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The total course of treatment in patients with healed positive group in bacteria as (42.31±9.88) weeks, the total course of treatment were cured bacteria negative group of (44.85±11.17) weeks. From each stage of the two groups of patients with treatment time, the bacterial positive group in various stages of treatment time were slightly lower than the negative group, but there is no significant difference between two groups of data, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Through the prostatitis complicated with urinary tract infection patients with bacterial examination, the medical staff have a clear understanding of the nature and types of pathogens in patients with. According to the pathogenic bacteria species and the different nature of the corresponding antibiotics respectively by stages treatment can obtain satisfactory curative effect, it is worth promoting in clinical use.关键词
