Abstract
Objective To measure the angle between superior mesenteric artery(SMA)and inside diameter of left renal vein and so on in nomal cases.Methods The angle between SMA and AO and inside diameter of left renal vein were measured in 35 patients without abnormal CT findings in the supine position using multislice spiral CT (MSCT) scanner.ResultsThe average angle between SMA and AO of 35 normal cases was (37.80±10.55)°. Anteroposterior diameter of left renal vein through the angle was (0.65±0.24)cm. At the level of inferior margin of left renal vein, the distance between SMA and AA was (1.79±0.79)cm.Conclusion Anatomical around left renal vein can be observed clearly with MSCTA, and MSCTA allows accurately measure the angle and distance between SMA and AO and inside diameter of left renal vein. There is a significant linear correlation between the angle of SMA and BMI and age. There was a negative correlation between anteroposterior diameter of left renal vein through the angle and the angle between SMA and AO.关键词
