Abstract
Objective To explore the differentiation significance of color Doppler ultrasound on breast disease and breast cancer.Methods 200 cases of breast disease patients were selected and divided into control group(benign breast disease)and observation group(breast cancer).The two groups underwent color Doppler ultrasonography. ResultsThe proportion of irregular contour and non smooth edge in the observation group was higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of internal echo uneven in the observation group was higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The proportion of side wall echo and the back wall echo enhancement in the observation group waslower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound examination is helpful to the differential diagnosis of breast disease and breast cancer,which has important check significance.关键词
