Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the epidemic characteristics of Dengue Fever in Guangdong Province in 2014 to provide scientific evidence for effective prevention and control measures in future.Methods The data of epidemiological outbreak of dengue fever of Guangdong Province in 2014 was collected. The dengue fever specimens from hospitals were examined and the data was statistically analyzed.Results The situation of dengue fever of Guangdong Province in 2014 was server. Dengue virus tested by dengue virus nucleic acid detection kit (PCR- fluorescent probe) and accurate diagnosis rate was 95%.Conclusion This research lays foundation for better understanding of the characteristics and laws of Dengue Fever for the public and health administration to carry out effective prevention and control.关键词
