摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of the mother with gestational diabetes mellitus on the early neonates. MethodsThe clinical datas of 74 cases of diabetic mothers were retrospectively analyzed, the result were compared with clinic data of 74 neonates with healthy women.Results The incidences of large for gestational age, fetal macrosomia, hyperbilirubinemia, premature infant, hypoglycemia, asphyxia, polycythemia and NRDS of infants born by GDM women were statistically significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Maternal gestational diabetes is one of high risk factors of neonates, large for gestational age, fetal macrosomia, hyperbilirubinemia, premature-infant, hypoglycemia, asphyxia, polycythemia and NRDS, need to pay more attention.关键词
