Analysis on the Irrational Prescriptions in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service of Our Hospital
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the irrational prescriptions in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service (PIVAS) in The First Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Shantou University. METHODS:The irrational prescriptions noted between Au-gust 2011 and June 2013 were classified and analyzed statistically. RESULTS:During the 21 months between August 2011 and June 2013,a total of 705 883 prescriptions were dispensed,of which,554(0.08%)were noted to be irrational. The irrationality manifested as improper dosage,incompatibility or the unreasonable choice of solvent among others. CONCLUSIONS:The develop-ment of PIVAS in our hospital is of great importance and realistic meaning for promoting clinical rational use of drugs.关键词
