Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To deepen our understanding on the connotation of rational use of drugs through the analysis on the use of anti-infective drugs in one lower limb infection case so as to promote rational antibiotic use. METHODS:The anti-infective regimen for one lower limb infection case was given evaluation and analysis. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The initial high level use of antibiotics for this lower limb infection case is not the optimal choice,instead,positive drainage and use of sensitive antibiot-ics were the most effective regimen for such case. Moreover,we should take fully consideration the economy in drug use the pa-tients with lower limb infection.关键词
