Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To explore the patterns and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADRs)induced by Troxeru-tin injections so as to provide references for clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS:Through literature retrieval,100 cases of ADR induced by Troxerutin injections were given Pareto chart analysis and correlation factor analysis with regard to patients’basic data,drug use,ADR onset time and the systems involved. RESULTS:The ADRs induced by Troxerutin injections occurred more often in patients aged above 45 years,accounting for 80%. The systems involved were categorized into 8 types,with lesions of re-spiratory system,circulatory system and nervous system as well systemic lesion took the lead. The ADRs were associated with pa-tient’s age,dosage and drug combination,etc. CONCLUSIONS:Clinicians should strictly abide by the package inserts of drugs to achieve standard use meanwhile strengthening monitoring on medication so as to ensure medication safety.关键词
