Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Yixinshu capsules plus Low molecular weight heparin calcium injection for acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease. METHODS:Eighty patients hospitalized in our hospital between Jan. 2012 and Feb. 2014 were assigned to two groups of 40 each. The control group was routinely given comprehensive treatment includ-ing oxygen inhalation,antiasthmatic and phlegm-relieving drugs,bronchodilators,antibiotics and drugs for reducing cardiac stress, while the treatment group was given add-on Yixinshu capsules(3 capsules each time,3 times daily)for 28 days plus Low molecu-lar weight heparin calcium injection(1 ml daily)subcutaneously for 14 days. RESULTS:The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05). Blood gas analysis showed significantly better improvement in pH, PaO2 and PaCO2 in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). With regard to hemorheology,the indicators including high shear whole blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen,hemoglobin quantita-tion and red blood cell count were all significantly decreased in the treatment group after treatment as compared with before treat-ment (P<0.05);compared with the control group,indicators in the treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Treatment for acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease with Yixinshu capsules plus Low molecular weight heparin calcium injection is proved to be safe and effective.关键词
