Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To conduct a systematic study on the quality standard of bergenin for reference of clinical application and research & development. METHODS:With the bergenin extracted from elderleaf rodgersflower rhizome as index,and its prop-erties were observed,identified and tested in accordance with the standard specified in China Pharmacopoeia. The content of ber-genin was determined by HPLC with octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica as bulking agent and methanol-water(25∶75)as mo-bile phase at detection wavelength of 275 nm. The methodology was investigated systematically. RESULTS:The linear range of ber-genin was 0.416-2.078μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate of bergenin was 100.4%with RSD of 1.04%(n=9). CONCLU-SIONS:The method established in this study was sensitive and accurate and it provides scientific references for the revision of qual-ity standard of bergenin.关键词
