摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics of antibiotic-induced adverse drug reactions (ADRs) so as to pro-vide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics. METHODS:A total of 225 ADR cases submitted by our hospital to National ADR Monitoring network during 2007-2013 period were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS:7 categories and 27 antibiotics were involved in the 225 ADR cases. The ADR cases induced by cephalosporins dominated the first place(44.58%),induced mostly by drip infusion (97.50%) and manifested mostly as lesions of skin and its appendages (56.33%). CONCLUSIONS:Great impor-tance should be attached to rational use of antibiotics as well as strengthening ADR reporting and monitoring so as to reduce the oc-currence of ADR and ensure patients’medication safety.关键词
