Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the status quo and tendency of the utilization of antitumor drugs in Changshu Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University(“our hospital”) during 2010-2013 period. METHODS:By retrospective study, the utilization of antitumor drugs in our hospital during 2010-2013 period were analyzed statistically with regard to consumption sum and DDDs etc. RESULTS: The consumption sum and DDDs of antitumor drugs in our hospital increased year by year with compound annual growth rate( CAGR) of 26�31% and 23�88%, respectively. The top three antitumor drugs ranked by consumption sum were the other class of antitumor drugs, antitumor plants and antimetabolites, and the constituent ratio of the above three was over 70%. Antimetabolites and antitumor hormones dominated the top two places in terms of DDDs, followed by the other class of antitumor drugs or traditional Chinese medicine ranked third place, and the constituent ratio of the above three was over 85%. Oxaliplatin, lentinan, docetaxel, Aidi, paclitaxel and pemetrexed were the dominant antitumor drugs. CONCLUSIONS: The use of antitumor drugs in our hospital is basically consistent with the medication tendency of antitumor drugs in our country. The consumption amount of antitumor drugs in our hospital has been increasing, and traditional Chinese medicine has certain clinical application value. Targeted therapy is expected to become the focus in oncotherapy.关键词
