Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the determination method for the ethanol soluble extractive from Ganqing syrup.METHODS: The torrefied substance was subjected to crushing treatment by ultrasonic method followed by determination of 10 batches of samples.RESULTS:n-butanol(50 ml) was used as the solvent for determining ethanol soluble extractive from Ganqing syrup;the ultrasonic pretreatment was performed for 3 hrs followed by determination by merceration.The content of n-butanol extract contained in the sample was established as no less than 0.25%. CONCLUSIONS: During the test, the interference from adjuvant materials was well-avoided, and a practical determination method for ethanol soluble extractives has been established and ultimately the rational method and limitation were included into the text of criteria ( protocol) .关键词
