Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the utilization of Chinese patent medicine in one hospital in order to provide reference for rational use Chinese patent medicine. METHODS: Retrospective, the 48 000 prescription of Chinese medicine prescription during 2010⁃2013 were counted and analysed with DDD, DDDs and trend analysis method. RESULTS:The hospital of Chinese patent medicine directory structure was not reasonable,and the number of drugs was too much;the amount of sales accounted of Chinese patent medicine for a higher proportion of the total amount of drug sales,the annual growth rate too fast,it was higher than the amount of the upward trend over the same period the hospital drug sales and other income;DDDs annual growth rate was higher than the annual growth rate of hospital drug sales amount;the average DDC was 6�36 yuan,and slightly higher;In the 4 years of B/A were 2�2, 2�3, 2�3, 2�4;the use of drugs were concentrated in stasis agent, fuzheng agent , and so on. CONCLUSIONS:Excessive use of Chinese patent medicines should be vigilant,strengthen the drug monitoring and to promote rational clinical use of drugs.关键词
