妇科再造胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Gynecological reengineering capsule plus Diane 35 for polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS ) .METHODS: 134 gynecological patients with polycystic ovary syndrome patients treated in Wuhan University People's Hospital were randomly assigned to either control group (n=68) or treatment group(n=66). The patients in the treatment group were treated with gynecological reengineering capsule combined with Diane -35 and those in the control group with Diane-35 alone for 3 consecutive months .At 3 months , the menstrual onset was followed and serum testosterone , follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels were measured .RESULTS: The levels of serum testosterone , follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in both groups showed significant reduction as compared with before treatment ( P<0.05 ); however , the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05);the proportion of patients whose menstruation returned to normal was higher in the treatment group than in the control group [94%(62/66) vs.76%(52/68), P<0.05].CONCLUSIONS:Treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with Diane-35 plus gynecological reengineering capsule resulted in correction of patients 'sex hormone metabolic disorder , improvement of clinical symptoms and proved efficacy .关键词
