Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for determination of mercuric sulfide in Qingxin Guntan capsule . METHODS:The determination of mercuric sulfide in Qingxin Guntan capsule was carried out by HPLC using C 18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm,0.5 μm) chromatographic column with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.01 mol/L disodium phosphate buffer ( containing 0.01% sodium diethyldithiocarbamate ) ( V∶V=73∶27 , with pH adjusted to 7.5 using phosphoric acid ) at the detection wavelength of 270 nm,flow rate of 0.8 ml/min and the column temperature of 30 ℃.RESULTS:The linear range of Hg 2+was 0.40-2.00 μg( r=0.999 97) with an average recovery of 93.83%and RSD of 1.94%( n =6 ) . CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple and specific and it can be applied for determination of mercuric sulfide in Qingxin Guntan capsule .关键词
