Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To explore the characteristics of the allergic reactions induced by Oxaliplatin for clinical reference of safe medication .METHODS: The reports of oxaliplatin-induced allergic reactions retrieved in domestic medicinal journals were statistically analyzed in respect of patients'age and sex , chemotherapy regimen , degree , onset and the clinical manifestations etc of the allergic reaction .RESULTS:A total of 20 papers involving 55 allergic cases induced by oxaliplatin were retrieved , with allergic reaction appeared in 50 ( 90.91%) within 30 min after drug administration;on average , the allergic reactions occurred in the fifth cycle of oxaliplatin-containing therapy with median cumulative dose of 540 mg/m2; most allergic reactions were defined as degree Ⅱ( 32 cases, 58.18%) . Lesions of skin and its appendants (29/104 episodes, 27.88%) and respiratory symptoms (28/104, 26.92%) were the most common clinical manifestation .CONCLUSIONS: Allergic reactions induced by oxaliplatin may occur in any one cycle of chemotherapy;hence , monitoring on oxaliplatin-induced allergic reactions should be strengthened so as to take immediate action in case of allergic reaction .关键词
