Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the antibiotic use in pediatric outpatients so as to provide reference for pediatric rational use of drug.METHODS:The pediatric prescriptions in Henan Jiaozuo Second People's Hospital from 2012 to 2014 were randomly sampled for statistical analysis with regard to consumption sum, DDDs and DDC. RESULTS: Of the prescriptions reviewed, antibiotic use was noted in 26.2%. Cephalosporing and macrolide antibiotics were used most frequently. The antibiotics were administered chiefly via intravenous drip infusion. CONCLUSION:Irrational antibiotic use was noted in pediatric prescriptions.Clinicians and pharmacists need to attach great importance to knowledge learning to ensure safe, effective and rational medication.关键词
