Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) injections in Zhengzhou Second People's Hospital so as to provide reference for rational use of drugs and improvement of drug management.METHODS:The utilization of TCM injections in Zhengzhou Second People's Hospital during the period 2012-2014 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum, DDDs, DDC and order ratio ( B/A ) etc. RESULTS:The mean annual incremental rate of the consumption sum of TCM injections in this hospital was 55.90%;blood-activating and stasis-dissolving TCM injections dominated the first place in the lists of consumption sum and DDDs for 3 years.The DDC varied greatly, with maximal DDC gap of 26-fold.The larger order ratio ( B/A) value was associated with higher DDDs, which was likely to be accepted by patients.CONCLUSIONS:The consumption of TCM injections in this hospital increased rapidly.It is important to intensify the drug management and monitoring of adverse drug reactions so as to promote clinical rational use of TCM injections.关键词
