Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and regularity of the adverse drug reactions ( ADRs) in Chenzhou First People's Hospital so as to promote clinical rational use of drugs.METHODS: 350 ADR reports collected from that hospital in 2013 were analyzed statistically in respects of patients'age, sex, routes of administration, clinical manifestation and types of causative drugs etc.RESULTS: Of the 350 ADR cases, ADR was more often seen in the patients aged 40-60 years, with female showing higher proportion than males; intravenous administration was the main route of administration, accounting for 54.86%; lesions of skin and its appendants were the main clinical manifestations, occupying 33.43%; a total of 172 categories of drugs were involved, among which antibiotics took the lead (31.14%) .CONCLUSIONS:Great importance should be attached to monitoring of ADR and medication so as to improve the level of rational use of drugs.关键词
