Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the antibiotic use in Nanning Binyang County People's Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”) over three years since the special rectification on clinical use of antibiotics so as to promote the rational use and management of antibiotics.METHDOS: The antibiotic use in outpatient &emergency department from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital were analzyed retrospectively with regard to the antibiotic use densithy and the antibiotic use for some typical diseases.RESULTS:The rate of antibiotic use and the antibiotic use density in our hospital decreased year by year, and some some antibiotic indicators were up to the standard of National Health and Family Planning Commission.The use of some antibiotics has been greatly improved.CONCLUSIONS:The clinical use of antibiotics in our hospital became more reasonable ever since the special rectification; however, there are still problems thus strengthened management on antibiotic use is still needed.关键词
