Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the use of traditional Chinese decoction pieces in the Affiliated Shenzhen Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”) in order to provide references for clinical rational use of decoction pieces.METHODS:The traditional Chinese decoction pieces used in our hospital from 2010 to 2014 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum, consumption quantity, DDDs and DDC.RESULTS: The consumption sum of traditional Chinese decoction pieces in our hospital decreased year by year since 2011, much as in 2013;the DDC decreseased year by year ever since 2012; most of the B/A values were >1.2.Of the top 15 Chinese traditional medication decoction pieces ranked by consumption quantity, nine belonged to the same varieties;of the top 15 traditional Chinese decoction pieces ranked by consumption sum, seven belonged to the same varieties, and the top 15 decoction pieces accounted for 46.7%.Eight varieties including Licorice and peony were noted in the top 15 traditional Chinese decoction pieces ranked by DDDs.CONCLUSIONS:The use of traditional Chinese decoction pieces in our hospital was rational.It is advisable that to make purchase plan of traditional Chinese decoction pieces based on DDDs.关键词
