Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and causes of the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in Shenzhen Futian District People's Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) for clinical reference of rational use of drugs. METHODS:The clinical data of 150 ADR cases collected in our hospital from Jan.2012 to Dec.2013 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:The ADR (150 cases) occurred more often in males than in males (35 cases/23.3%vs.115 cases/76.7%) and in patients aged 1-78 years (mean age of 48 ±3.9 years), manifested mostly as allergic reaction (35 cases/23.3%), specific reaction (52 cases/34.7%), toxic reaction (17 cases /11.3%) and superinfection (46 cases/30.7%), induced mainly by drugs administered intravenously ( 114 cases/76.0%) and prediomiantly by Chinese patent drugs (65cases/43.3%).CONCLUSIONS:It is important to tigten control on drug use, enhance rational use of drugs, carry out targeted management aimed at different factors so as to reduce the incidence of ADRs.关键词
