Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the prescription quality in Miyi County People's Hospital ( our hospital) so as to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational use of drugs.METHODS:29 793 prescriptions randomly selected in our hospital from Oct.2013 to Oct.2014 were reviewed and analyzed.RESULTS: Of the total 29 793 prescriptions, 578 were irrational, including 80 nonstandard ones, 470 nonrational ones and 28 off-label use ones, manifested as antibiotic use without indication, inappropriate in dosage and administration, irrational drug choice or improper drug combination.The the rate of rational prescrptions was 98.06%.CONCLUSIONS: The outpatient prescriptions in our hospital were basically rational, but there are still some problems.It is important for hospital to attach great importance to the control of quality of prescriptions, strengthen the prescription review and establish long-term intervention measures so as to improve the quality of hospital prescriptions.关键词
