益气化瘀法配合化疗在晚期肺癌治疗中的应用效果研究

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Tonifying Qi and Removing Blood Stasis Therapy plus chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer.METHODS:79 patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly assigned to either observation group ( n=42 ) treated with tonifying Qi and removing blood stasis therapy plus chemotherapy or control group (n=37) treated with chemotherapy alone.The treatment efficacy, the quality of life, and the level of immune indicators in the two groups were followed.RESULTS:The total response rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group [47.62%(23/42) vs.32.43%(12/37), P<0.05]; the proportion of patients showing KPS score increase in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group, yet the proportion of patients showing KPS score decrease in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group ( P<0.05 ); the levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 +/CD8 + were significantly lower while the CD8 +level was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:The application of tonifying Qi and removing blood stasis therapy plus chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer achieved remarkable efficacy, which thus is of great clinical significance.关键词
