Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the choice of solvents for traditional Chinese medicine injections so as to promote clinical rational use of drugs.METHODS:With package inserts,“Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China-Clinical Medication Guide” ( 2010 Edition ) , “New Edition of Pharmacology” ( 10 Edition ) and “Clinical Medication Guide for Chinese Physicians and Pharmacists” as references, the choice of solvents for 22 traditional Chinese medicine injections and notices during their infusing in Tianjin Binhai New Area Tanggu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated so as to provide references for clinical pharmacists during rapid prescription review.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The choice of solvents is associated with the safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections.It is important to strictly follow the package inserts of traditional Chinese medicine injections to ensure the safety of clinical medication.关键词
