Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the use of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) injections in Jiaozuo Second People's Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) for clinical reference of rational use of drugs. METHODS: a total of 1 956 medical records of patients treated with TCM injections were randomly collected in our hospital from Jan.2013 to Oct.2014 October for statistical analysis regarding the rationality in drug use.RESULTS:Among the 1956 cases, 124 cases involved irrational drug use, accounted for 6.34%.The irrational use of drugs appeared as repeated drug use, improper solvents or incompatibility etc.CONCLUSIONS:Multiple efforts need to be taken in hospital to improve the level of rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.关键词
