复方甘草酸单铵S治疗手足口病致肝损害的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To explore the curative efficacy of Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhetate S for injection in treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease-induced liver damage.METHODS: 58 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease-induced liver damage were randomly divided into treatment group (22 cases) and control group (36 cases). The treatment group was treated with Compound Ammonium glycyrrhetate S by intravenous infusion and the control group with reduced glutathione by intravenous infusion.The liver function index including alanine aminotransferase ( ALT) , aspartic acid transaminase, adenosine deaminase ( ADA) and prealbumin in the two groups before and after treatment were recorded.RESULTS: After treatment, the liver function indexes in the treatment group showed significant improvement as compared with before treatment ( P<0.01 ) yet the differences between the two groups were of no statistical significance ( P >0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhetate S has confirmed efficacy and it is as effective as reduced glutathione for hand-foot-and-mouth disease-induced liver damage.关键词
