摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To determine the total saponins content in Ardisia Crispa.METHODS:The total saponins content in Ardisia Crispa was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the determination condition.RESULTS: The optimized conditions were as follows: adding 5% vanillic-acetic acid (0.6 ml) and perchloric acid(1 ml) for water bath at 80 ℃for 20 min.The linear relation was Y=44.87X+0.365 ( r=0.998) .The linear range of Ardisiacrispin B was 0.045 2-3.870 0 mg.The averaged recovery rate was 101.3%( n=9 ) with RSD=1.67%.CONCLUSIONS:The method used is simple and reproducible and it serves as references for the stuty of Ardisia Crispa.关键词
