环磷酰胺与泼尼松联合治疗狼疮性肾炎的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cyclophosphamide( CTX) plus prednisone( MP) for lupus nephritis lupus nephritis ( LN ) .METHODS:A total of 90 LN patients treated in Shantou Chaonan Minsheng Hospital between January 2013 and January 2014 were randomly assigned to receive either MP alone( control group) or CTX plus MP(observation group).The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated comparatively. RESULTS:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group[93.33%(42/45) vs.73.33%(33/45),P<0.05)]; after treatment,the levels of urinary protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate( ESR) and serum creatinine in the observation group were significantly lower yet the level of hemoglobin and complement C3 were significantly higher than in the control group ( P <0.05 ) .The incidence rate of adverse drug reactions in the observation group patients was 13.33%(6/45) ,as compared with 6.67%(3/45) of the control group, showing no statistically significant differences between the two groups( P>0.05) .CONCLUSIONS:Addtion of CTX to MP in treatment of LN can improve the clinical symptoms and renal function, reduce proteinuria, improve clinical efficacy yet with few adverse reactions,thus the combination therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
