Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the therapeutic and pharmacoeconomic efficacy of different therapeutic regimens for neurodermatitis.METHODS: A total of 180 patients with neurodermatitis were randomly assigned to Group A(n=60), B(n=58) and C(n=62) treated with glucocorticoid by long course intermittent treatment, step-down treatment and routine treatment. The efficacy and safety in the three groups were recorded and the pharmacoeconomic efficacy of the three groups was evaluated using cost-effectiveness analysis.RESULTS: The total treatment cost in the three groups were 147.0 Yuan, 212.1 Yuan and 198.4 Yuan, respectively; with total effective rates of 98.33%, 94.83% and 87.1%, respectively and cost-effectiveness ratio of 1.49, 2.24 and 2.28, respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The therapeutic regimen for Group A was the optimal one.关键词
