Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and regularity of the adverse drug reactions ( ADRs) in a hospital for clinical reference of rational use of drugss.METHODS:A total of 665 ADR cases collected in a hospital during 2014 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:The ADR occurred mostly in elderly patients and children.Of the 665 cases, 20 categories of drugs(194 drugs) were involved;185 cases(27.82%) were induced by 35 antiinfective drugs;the ADR was mostly induced by intravenously administered drugs(550 cases) and manifested mainly as lesions of skin and its appendents, damage of digestive system and local lesion.CONCLUSIONS: ADR is associated with multiple factors, and it is important to enhance the awareness of ADR reporting among medical personnel, patients and government and strengthen ADR monitoring and evaluation so as to ensure medication safety.关键词
