Mini-invasive Treatment with TCM and Western Medicine for Local Complications of Severe Acute Pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of mini-invasive treatment with TCM and western medicine for local complications of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods Total one hundred and thirty SAP pa-tients admitted in Nankai Hospital were treated with combination of TCM and western medicine. Seventy-five pa-tients who had complications were divided randomly into open operation group and mini invasion group. The mor-bidity, the number of operation, hospitalization time and hospital cost were compared between groups. Results Mini invasion group showed lower morbidity and hospital costs (2.6%,37 661.36 ± 21 732.00)compared with open operation group(10.8%,54 423.83 ± 45 263.06) (P<0.05). No significant difference was found on the num-ber of operation and hospitalization time(3.33±0.58 vs 2.52±0.82, 53.3±37.6 vs 44.5±28.5) between groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Mini-invasive treatment of TCM and western medicine has advantages for local complica-tions of SAP and shows lower mortality and hospital costs.关键词
